Interovo Egg Group is the umbrella organisation of several companies specialising in eggs and egg products. We have several operations in the Netherlands and other European countries. These include poultry farms, packing stations and egg processing companies (e.g. liquid egg products, powders, boiled eggs). We are proud to work for internationally leading and market-defining customers in the food industry and retail.

Caring for each other: excellent facilities
We believe that taking good care of our people is good for our business. That is why we have a number of things well regulated. For instance, there is the Anevei collective labour agreement. We also offer a comprehensive scheme in case of absence due to illness. Think of possibilities for reintegration.

Enjoyable work: healthy workload
Besides these formalities, we also understand ‘taking care of each other’ to mean ensuring a healthy workload. The team composition and size varies from site to site, but usually there are about eight colleagues working at a site. The farm manager ensures that work can be carried out under pleasant conditions.
Also good to know: there are free eggs every week for all Interovo Egg Group employees!
Relaxation: everything for a good atmosphere!
We think it is important to create the opportunity to get to know each other in a different way now and then. Therefore, twice a year we organise a big staff party (in the summer and at Christmas) for the entire Interovo Group. Fun outings and dinners are also organised on the initiative of the departments.
